To obtain or release personal information, you must:

Notify training admin in writing; and

The training administrator of MWT Institute will then

1. Check with the Managing Director for authorization of disclosure;
2. Contact the person requesting written consent; and
3. Provide the information if points 1 and 2 are achieved

MWT will disclose personal information, when required to:

Cooperate with the investigations of purported unlawful activities and confirm to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on MWT;

Fulfill a students order or request in accordance with the process in relation to student requests for release of personal information.
